The Fratellis is an alternative rock band from Glasgow, Scotland who took their name from the villains in the film "The Goonies" (although, by coincidence, Barry's mother's maiden name is in fact Fratelli). The band consisted of lead vocalist and guitarist Jon Fratelli (real name John Lawler), bass guitarist Barry Fratelli (real name Barry Wallace), and drummer, backing vocalist, occasional guitarist and banjo player Mince Fratelli (real name Gordon McRory).
Four years of hard work! This month of May we celebrated four years on the air. We continue working on the dissemination of this wonderful instrument, thank you for participating in our story!

[Verse 1] E Well it's a big big city and it's always the same G#mGm Can never be too pretty tell me you your name F#mB Is it out of line if I were simply bold to say "Would you be mine"?
E Because I may be a beggar and you maybe the queen G#mGm I know I maybe on a downer I'm still ready to dream F#mB Now it's 3 o'clock the time is just the time it takes for you to talk
[Hook] EG#m So if you're lonely why'd you say you're not lonely GmF#m Oh you're a silly girl, I know I heard it so B It's just like you to come and go EG#m And know me no you don't even know me GmF#m You're so sweet to try, oh my, you caught my eye B A girl like you's just irresistible
[Verse 2] Well it's a big, big city and the lights are all out But it's as much as I can do you know to figure you out And I must confess My heart's in broken pieces and my head's a mess And it's 4 in the morning and I'm walking along Beside the ghost of every drinker here who's ever done wrong And it's you, woo hoo, that's got me going crazy for the things you do
[Hook] EG#m So if you're lonely why'd you say you're not lonely GmF#m Oh you're a silly girl, I know I heard it so B It's just like you to come and go EG#m And know me no you don't even know me GmF#m You're so sweet to try, oh my, you caught my eye B A girl like you's just irresistible
[Interlude] (This follows the same pattern as the verse and chorus)
