I'm pretty sure about most of this but some of it is hard to hear because of the palm muting and I can't tell if it's C or Cadd9, Em or Em7 etc. It's not really a big difference, personal preference really. I play the alternate versions to make the palm muting easier. Another way to make it easier is to play the power chords I wrote above. Play C5 in place of both Cadd9 & C, Em in place of Em7 and Em, G5 in place of G during the verses and chorus, G5* during the pre-chorus, and D5 in place of D and Dsus4.
