Thrice is an American rock band that formed in Irvine, California in 1998. The lineup consists of Dustin Kensrue (vocals and guitar), Teppei Teranishi (guitar, keys), Eddie Breckenridge (bass), and Riley Breckenridge (drums).
In 2000, Thrice signed with Sub City Records and released two LP's. The first, Identity Crisis (2000), only received 1.5 stars in the AMG review and little buzz. The second, The Illusion of Safety (2002), was widely acclaimed and received attention from major record labels.
Four years of hard work! This month of May we celebrated four years on the air. We continue working on the dissemination of this wonderful instrument, thank you for participating in our story!
Song: Lost Continent Band: Thrice Album: The Alchemy Index: Vols. I & II - Fire & Water Tuning: D Standard Tabbed: J. Griff ([email protected]) Comments: I was watching this song on Thrice's Myspace Transmissions a little while ago. I figured I could find a tab for this song, but there weren't any. So, I wanted to tab the song for myself. Most of this song is played on a piano. I've never tabbed out a piano song on a guitar before, so this tab may be rough. This would be my second Thrice tab and fifth one overall. If there are any corrections let me know. Please rate and comment.
To play the verses, you strum in quarter notes. Also, I'm shortening the Gsus4 to G4 to fit between the other chords. The Em2 is actually an Em. I put a 2 beside it to avoid confusion between the chords played in the verses and the chorus.
