LET NO GRIEF THE WILD REEDS
INTRO: EBmAE
EBmAE Mmmm-mmm mmmm mmm
VERSE: EBm Maybe one day A You’ll wipe the dust from my face E And see me again
Bm Give me that dazed look AE That I love and make me remember when
Bm We were together A With such joy exuding E From us like a fountain
Bm Spilling between us A At such a great pace E Like melting snow on a mountain
EBm Now I have to sing A Something louder E Than I have before
EBm So I can escape A This overwhelming pain EBmAEBmAE And never hurt no more
Bm The seasons are changing A And supposedly E I have to as well
Bm My heart is pacing A And I have to break E Free from your spell
Bm Now I have to sing A Something louder E Then I have before
Bm So I can escape A This overwhelming thing E And never hurt no more
EBmAE Oooh oh oh oh oh oohhh or EBmAE Oooh oh oh oh oh oohhh or
Bm I was lifted above ground A Now I have been placed back E Down below
Bm But love has that power A To make you fly E When you’ve been feeling so low
Bm Now I have to sing A Something louder E Then I have before
Bm So I can escape A This overwhelming pain E And never hurt no more
Bm Now I have to sing A Something louder E Then I have before
Bm So I can escape A This overwhelming pain E And never hurt no more
EBmAE Oooh oh oh oh oh oohhh or EBmAE Oooh oh oh oh oh oohhh or
Bm Please speak sweet to me A Oh somber hearted E Let no grief
Bm Destroy the time we have to be A Close quiet E And free
Bm Please speak sweet to me A Oh somber hearted E Let no grief
Bm Destroy the time we have to be A Close quiet EBmAEBmAE And freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
Bm Maybe one day A You’ll wipe the dust off my face E and see me again
