Fields Of Our Home - The Tallest Man On Earth
I'm pretty sure this is how Kristian plays it, playing along with the live version
the chords sound and look right with what he is playing.
Note that this is tabbed from the live version, so don't expect it to sound exactly
like on the record. Although it wouldn't surprise me if this is how he plays it
there as well.
Tuning: EBC#F#BF# (DABEAE if you don't want to snap a string ;) )
Capo: 8 (10 if using DABEAE)

G C Am/B D Am Bm Em
Little bit unsure about the Bm, both sound great so use what you feel like.
He also adds a couple of pulloffs/hammerons whenever he feels like it as well
as the Am/B chord after some of the Am in the verse. This is often at line
endings though.
Listen to when he plays and you will get what he's doing.
[Intro] Begin by strumming while sort of muting all the strings at the 3rd fret.
(Listen to the song and you'll get it)
Then play: G C Am Am/B D G
G C
So you honestly believe in me
Am D
Though I wake up every night, oh
G C
And I've been dreaming of a second rush
Am D
While the first one leaves your eye
Bm C
What if you'd never been through lies,
G C
Young sorrow, Wailing loans
Am D
What if you'd never seen through that
C D G
To the fields of our home
G C
Always rumours of a flame in town
Am D
Not by parents ever traced, no
G C
Just a part of what we do out here
Am D
Subtle early, vicious late
Bm C
What if I'd never been through finds
G C
Of sorrow, wailing loans
Am D
What if I'd never seen through that
C D G
To the fields of our home
[Break] G C Am D
Em D G C
When all falling down is just the travelling need
Am D
Of a wave
Em D G C
And the burn of salt in the cuts come around
Am D
Heal again
G C
There was always racing on that crossing street
Am D
Where you'd land on quiet heels
G C
Will there ever be a sane time to
Am D
Let them know how walking feels
Bm C G
What if we never see through crying tomorrows,
C
Wailing loans
Am D
What if we never see through that
C D
To the fields of our...
(Keep 4th fret of the B string fretted during all of these chords)
G C
The more we believe in these frozen grounds
Am D
Suddenly hunger disappears
G C
Will we fall as we run with our closing eyes
Am D
Is this a lifetime or some years?
(remove 4th B string)
[Outro] Em G C D
Em G C D
