Chords used are exclusively 7th chords (pretty sure)
and they are played as follows:

There is a dirty little walk-down in what I suppose would be considered the bridge. It looks and sounds to me
like he is just using his A7 chord formation and sliding it down the neck, one fret at a time down from A7,
to G#7, to G7, and F#7.
