DA Feeling the rain that keeps falling on me as I walk along the highway GD Been on the run without anyone saying “hi, you’re going my way” A Soaked to the bone I still think of the home that means so much to me GA Sooner or later I know that is coming, sooner or later I’ve got to stop running
Chorus: GDAGD And stand by the one who loves me, just be a man with my woman with pride GDAGD Stand by the one who loves me, all that I need is right there by her side AGDAG Gotta make up for the tears that she cried, gonna be great to be home A Gotta get back
