James Morrison, es un cantautor inglés, nacido el 13 de Agosto de 1984 en Rugby, Warwickshire, Reino Unido. En el 2006 debutó con su single You give me something que se convirtió en un gran éxito en todo Europa, Australia y Japón. Su album debut Undiscovered ha vendido más de 2 millones de copias en todo el mundo.
A finales del año 2008 editó su segundo disco, "Songs for you, truths for me". "Broken Strings", un dueto con Nelly Furtado, es hasta el momento el sencillo más exitoso de este trabajo.
