Dazkarieh suggests an incessant search for acoustic sounds that come together in a powerful electric discharge and where a new path is traced in invigorating Portuguese music of "traditional roots". It's a unique sound that sprout from the root to fly without borders and without limits, out of the real world.
Dazkarieh began their career in 1999, starting with the idea of making music having several world cultures as source of inspiration.
Soon they grew to become one of the most active and original Portuguese music outfits
Four years of hard work! This month of May we celebrated four years on the air. We continue working on the dissemination of this wonderful instrument, thank you for participating in our story!
Note: the chords I use are all power chords (single finger barre, in this tuning). It's Open C5 (CGCGCC) because I enjoy the tuning (the bottom double high C strings sound brilliant when improvising solo) and because it's easier to play. The bouzouki used in the original version is probably tuned GDAD, but I may be wrong.
If you don't want to use power chords or CGCGCC tuning, try replacing them with the following versions for Standard: D5 = Dsus2 C5 = C G5 = G6 F5 = F Bb5 = Bb
As hard as it sounds (heh), you'll have to listen to the original in order to work out the placing of those two riffs. You can find it pretty easily on Youtube. In fact, listen to the song repeatedly until you work out the swapping of chords too, as it's a little counter-intuitive.
