Biography:
Jonathan Mark Foreman (born October 22, 1976) also known as Jonathan Foreman is the lead singer, songwriter and guitarist of the alternative rock band Switchfoot; one part of the alt. folk duo Fiction Family with Sean Watkins from Nickel Creek; and a folk-singer-songwriter solo artist.
Jon Foreman has released four conceptual EPs as a solo artist: "Fall" & "Winter" (2007) "Spring" & "Summer" (2008). He later compiled several songs from each EP into the LP "Limbs and Branches" (2008), which included two new songs.

I’m not 100% sure on this but it sounds close. The G# name isn’t right but for ease I’m
just going to put it as G#. Also the chord might not be totally right. The
beginning is missing and how he ends the song is missing. The verses are all muted with
eighth note strumming or however you word that. The “A-X”s are the A chord
followed by the muted strumming. I don’t know if he is doing this but it sorta sounds
it. The “” in the last Chorus are to show the downstrokes he does. Just watch the video
