EG#m well you are wise and you are free DC# to let the apple touch the ground F#mAB or keep it standing tall EG#mC#mB cause this won't hurt at all

EG#mC#mB you are half asleep you're half of a girl and half of a child EG#mC#mB maybe five feet deep you're as tall as the world up to your eyes EG#mC#mB and you've been hogging all the sheets often balling them up even drawing a line EG#mDC#F#m and spending half of your time deciding to roll over AB and when you do I'll be there with a smile EG#mDC#F#m expanding far and wide and i pull you in much closer AB in my dreams you are queen of the ball EG#mDC#F#m and sometimes you off my head well to me it's a happy ending AB for you I'd fall C#mBA cause that wouldn't hurt at all C#mBAB not at all

C#mBA while this woman is sleeping here EB i tell her what i can't if i were to wake her C#mBA powerful but hardly will she ever hear the, EB the secrets I've saved up
[Verse]
EG#mC#mB Well you are famous indeed For all your shyness EG#mC#mB Ain't that sweet Ain't this a fine mess EG#mC#mB We're in so deep I must've got lost in the process EG#mC#mC#F#mAB Just let things be easy And an honest boy you've made me EG#m Because the solice that you gave me C#mC#F#m Was proven problems ain't the main thing to fall apart AB The archers sloping shoulders EG#m Well any story's tale is tall C#mC#F#m Thus reminding love is allegorical AB I mean the goal here after all EG#mC#mB Is not to hurt at all
