(G) She's gotta body like a hundred dollar bill, soft as satin, smooth as silk And to (C)top all that, she's got a (G)heart to match
(G) I could do a lot worse I know, I'd be a damn fool to let her go Shouldn't (C)be a doubt, still (G)here I am
(Chorus) Sittin' (C)on a stool, sitting' on the fence, tryin' to (G) play it cool Tryin' to talk some sense into this (C) crazy heart, lookin' for a sign Do I (G) let her go (G/F#) or do I (Em) make her mine (D) while there's still (C) a chance Sittin' on (D) a stool, sitting' on (G) the fence
Guess I should (G) probably settle up and head for the door Maybe I'll just stay and have one more to calm (C) my nerves one more (G) can't hurt
(G) Truth is I don't know what she sees in me She says, I'm all she'll ever want or need on God's (C) green earth, but one more (G) can't hurt
Do I (C) run to her and tell her (G) she's the one, or do I (Am) do just (G)like I've (Em) al-(D)-ways done
