The Yardbirds in 1964. When playing
Slide, it's important to position the slide
parallel and directly over the indicated fret
to achieve accurate intonation.The slide should
lay across the fingerboad so lightly that it only makes
cotact with the strings, and is not pressed downward into
the frets. This will help stop fret noise.
