[Verse] GD Started out so innocent EmCG Everything was simple and so plain GD She was in a doorway EmCG And I was walking nowhere down the main
D She whispered something softly CG And stepped into the light D Can you help me out she said CG I'm a little lost tonight
[Chorus] GDCG One day love just hits you with a flash GDCG Lights go off around you like some photograph
[Verse] GD She said her bags were stolen EmCG All they left her was the camera on her arm GD She told me she was new in town EmCG Only two weeks off the farm
D Oh, why did I believe her CG Heaven only knows D One look in my eyes CG And all my resolution goes
[Chorus] GDCG One day love just hits you with a flash GDCG Leaves you staring blindly like some photograph
[Bridge] EmD Pictures of two fools laughing at the world CG Smiling as only good luck does EmD Truth is you're not even looking at me girl Am All the time I was falling C You kept on stalling AmD Sizing up how big a fool I was
[Bridge] EmD Pictures of two fools laughing at the world CG Smiling as only good luck does EmD Truth is you're not even looking at me girl Am All the time I was falling C You kept on stalling AmD Sizing up how big a fool I was
[Verse] GD Woke up in the morning EmCG I don't think that I had been asleep too long GD The room was dark and empty EmCG I could see that all my clothes and money were gone
D Oh, I've run out of excuses CG And people I can blame D But if she ever asked me to CG I'd do it all again
[Chorus] GDCG One day love just hits you with a flash GDCG Leaves you staring blindly like some photograph
