Biography:
The Academy (first known like that but after added the is... in 2004 to resolve legal complications with another band)were formed in 2002, they are signed now to Fueled by Ramen. Their genre is between indie / rock / pop/ alternative, their first work was published in 2004 and their first full-length album was in 2005 called "Almost Here" in 2006 they recorded an EP in 2006 that was only available on iTunes music store and in 2007 they recorded their second full-length album called "Santi".
