Watermark got their start recording under the name Sons and Daughters, with longtime friends Charlie and Kimber Hall (Charlie Hall is a known worship leader with the Passion conferences). They released their first record, Holy Roar, with this lineup in 1995. In 1997, they released Open Me Up under the same name. That same year, Nathan and Christy Nockels began leading worship at Metro Bible Study at Houston's First Baptist Church. This is where Watermark began.
Four years of hard work! This month of May we celebrated four years on the air. We continue working on the dissemination of this wonderful instrument, thank you for participating in our story!

One of the previous submissions was right on with the capo on the fifth fret, but I have made significant corrections to the chords of the chorus and bridge, as well as some minor corrections to the lyrics and other chords. The first chord of the bridge has seemed to be a mystery, but it is not a standard chord. I think I've picked up the correct voicing. Enjoy -- and share this song with those who've been "more than friends" in your life!
