I like to hammer-on and hammer-off the 2nd fret of the D string when I play the C chord and the Em add(#5)
chord (essentially going from C to Cadd2 and Em add(#5) to Em7 add(#5) respectively) and to hammer-on and
hammer-off the 2nd fret of the G string when I play the Fmaj7 chord (going between Fmaj7 and Fmaj9sus2).
