GD When I look into your eyes GD It's like watching the night sky GD Or a beautiful sunrise A There's so much they hold GD And just like them old stars GD I see that you've come so far GD To be right where you are A How old is your soul
GD I won't give up on us BmA Even if the skies get rough GD I'm giving you all my love A I'm still looking up
GD And when you're needing your space GD To do some navigating GD I'll be here patiently waiting A To see what you find
GD Cause even the stars they burn BmA Some even fall to the earth GD We've got a lot to learn A God knows we're worth it G No I won't give up
GGG I don't wanna be someone who walks away so easily GA I'm here to stay and make the difference that I can make GGG Our differences they do a lot to teach us how to use GA The tools and gifts we got yeah we got a lot at stake CC And in the end you're still my friend at least we did intend C For us to work we didn't break we didn't burn AAA We had to learn how to bend without the world caving in CCC I had to learn what I've got and what I'm not A And who I am
