Biography:
Prolific Basque singer-songwriter born in 1956. He published his first work along with Xeberri as Gontzal Mendibil eta Xeberri in 1975. Very political at the beginning, he rapidly abandoned this facet to become more poetical, being his 1983 record Hasperen itun a clear exponent of this phase. He created three musical theatres during the 90s to later recover his singer career.
