Grizzly Bear is a rock band from Brooklyn, New York. Their music uses melody and ambience in conjunction with hazy-eyed choruses, whistles, piano, banjo, and several woodwind instruments.
Grizzly Bear was originally the solo project of Edward Droste (vocals/guitar), who recorded his debut album Horn of Plenty at home. The record was originally meant for his friends, but it eventually circulated and got a proper release in 2004, this time with the help of Christopher Bear (drums/vocals).
Four years of hard work! This month of May we celebrated four years on the air. We continue working on the dissemination of this wonderful instrument, thank you for participating in our story!

I'm not 100% sure on some of the lyrics as this material just recently became available. These chords are meant to be basic and should serve their purpose. Play Cmaj7 as 0322000
G Prove it all to me A Check again to see G Leave me with no words A If you call again, it's absurd
CGEm And I know I've made it all a lie Cmaj7A Shuffled back and forth, it's only in my eyes CGEm And I always wanted to rescind Cmaj7A Everything I bought into, there's no name
G Fool me once, it's fair A The floodgates need repair G I count on you, and why A is nothing there beside
CGEm And I want to hide it all away Cmaj7A Taking back all of the silly things I used to say CGEm And I'll give you all of my time Cmaj7A Because I'm foolish and never know how to resign
CGEm Now the back and forth turn around Cmaj7A One that makes no sense but it feels good anyhow CGEm And I'll leave it all as it should be Cmaj7A Where you are you and I stay me
