Dan Andriano (born 1977 in Elgin, Illinois) is the bassist and co-vocalist (alongside vocalist/guitarist Matt Skiba and drummer Derek Grant) for the punk rock band Alkaline Trio. Andriano joined the band after original bassist Rob Doran left in late 1997. For Your Lungs Only, a four-song E.P., was the first release to feature Andriano on bass. Andriano would begin writing songs with Alkaline Trio beginning with the band's first L.P., Goddamnit.
Formerly the bassist for the ska-punk band Slapstick.

Standard tuning, key of C
Intro: [finger-picked] Am - C - Am - C [strummed] G - Dm - C - Em - C - Em - Am
For any [Am] time I felt like [C] punching out. Any- [Am] -one who passed as [C] I fell down. For any [Am] time I've wondered [C] how much pain can I endure without [Em] letting all the [C] blood [Em] flow [Am] out.
For any [Am] time I've tried to [C] hold her hand, just to [Am] watch her move a- [C] -way. For all those [Am] nights I would drink until I [C] found the guts to speak And then threw them [Em] up all [C] o- [Em] -ver the [Am] place.
Can I just [Dm] say how worth the [C] wait [Em] it's [Am] been. Can I just [Dm] say that I would [C] do [Em] this [Am] again. Because [Dm] now I know what happens in the [G] end is that maybe I would leave them all [Am] instead.
For any [Am] time I've looked in- [C] -side myself and seen a [Am] big, black void of [C] emptiness. For all those [Am] nights I outline my [C] life passions to wish that [Em] I was [C] me- [Em] -mory [Am] less.
Can I just [Dm] say how worth the [C] wait [Em] it's [Am] been. Can I just [Dm] say that I would [C] do [Em] this [Am] again. Because [Dm] now I know what happens in the [G] end So maybe I would burn them all [Am] instead.
And now you [C] say, [G] say, [Am] say would you just [Dm] stay, [Em] stay, [Am] stay. There is a [C] point to all this, there's a point to me. There's a [F] home I have made in your heart as it beats And [Em] to its rhythm [C] I will sing
Do do [C] do [G] do [Am] do, do do [Dm] do [C] do [Am] do. Do do [C] do [G] do [Am] do, do do [Dm] do [Em] do [Am] do.
Can I just [Dm] say how worth the [C] wait [Em] it's [Am] been. Can I just [Dm] say that I would [C] do [Em] this [Am] again. Because [Dm] now I know I have you in the [G] end So maybe I would burn them all [Am] instead.
