Grupo Yndio is a Mexican band from Sonora founded in 1972,[1] by some of the members of the dissolute Los Pulpos.
The band is known for Spanish covers of English-language pop hits, but with a distinctive Grupero style.[2][3] Their best known hits include "Melodía desencadenada", "Línea telefónica" and "Herida de amor," Spanish covers of "Unchained Melody", "Telephone Line" and "Love Hurts" respectively.[4]
