The Velvet Supernova
The Velvet Supernova is a Latvian rock band from Riga, Latvia.
The band was formed in 2010 by lead singer Jekabs Zemzaris and guitarist Martinš Rudzitis. Driven by strong musicianship, great vision and even greater ambition, The Velvet Supernova present a tempting combo of alternative rock bombast, anthemic melodies, a dash of electronica and contrasting acoustic ambience. The band can be best characterised when experiencing their energetic performances and all-involving appeal to performing music.
