Three school mates, Clarke Finn (drums), Matt Grave (bass), Tim Emanuelle (guitar), met up with Wil Ridley (vocals) to give a new band a try. The name "The Grahams" stuck after trying to come up with a name for the band; it was jokingly suggested as a reference to an infamous maths teacher. The Warrnambool (Australia) rock-funk group plays in pubs and other events around the town, with a mixture of originals and covers. Some of their most notable songs are "Hit & Miss", "Montage", "Day of Roses", and "SOLDier for War".
