No Thanx is a pop-rock / emo band hailing from Szombathely, Hungary.
They emerged from nowhere in 2006, parallel with the spreading popularity of the so-called emo genre (mainly Tokio Hotel) in Eastern Europe.
Rumor had that major labels were searching the country for any Hungarian emo bands for the inner music market, but couldn't find any. No Thanx back then was pretty much the smallest and most uncool band you could ever imagine, so EMI propably
