Dutch rock group from Diepenheim in the Netherlands with singer/frontman André Manuel
The group was formed in 1986 and consisted of André Manuel, Frits Rietman and Tonnie Elferink. In 1988 Elferink was being replaced by Adri Karsenberg. Fratsen got local fame because of it's waywardbound and critical pop and rock songs. After touring as opener for a big band from the eastern part of The Netherlands, Normaal, the latter band helped Fratsen record their first demo and album, now with Roeland Drost on keys.
